In 2023, Sieba closed over $65m in vineyards and luxury homes. Known for her market savvy and trusted counsel, she builds enduring client relationships. Her commitment to hard work and ethical practices underpins her impressive career. Sieba resides in Napa with her family, along with their three chickens, pug, and a rescued cat. Her passions extend beyond real estate to skiing, traveling, and enjoying the culinary and vinous pleasures of Napa Valley.

A Bay Area native, Larry Tristano grew up in Silicon Valley before his family moved to beautiful Sonoma County, where he connected with the striking environment and local agricultural community.

Prior to transitioning to real estate, Larry completed a tour with the United States Marine Corps, then pursued a degree in Agricultural Business at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. This led to interning in Mexico City and throughout Chiapas, which sparked his interest in travel, languages, and international business. He then took over sales for a Mexican cooperative, importing coffee from Oaxaca, Chiapas, and Veracruz. He has continued to stay connected to agriculture through his family’s 13-acre organic farm, which sells at local Farmers Markets throughout Sonoma, Napa, and Marin counties.

With a 18-year experience in the real estate industry, Larry has represented clients throughout Sonoma, Napa, and Marin counties in over 500 real estate transactions. He has built a solid foundation of clients and friendships through professionalism, attention to detail, savvy negotiation, and commitment to going above and beyond.
